I have spent many, many hours planning our summer vacation for this year. However, it appears that it is next to impossible to cover all the places we want to visit, see all we want to see, in the allowed time we will have and not break the bank in the process.
So, we are looking at taking our trip to Niagra Falls during spring break which is March 20th - 28th.
I was wondering if any of my bloggy friends has ever visited Niagra Falls during the winter months. What is open? Was it enjoyable? Would you go again during this time of year?
I would greatly appreciate any and all information, opinions, experiences and whatever else you have to offer me.
Have a wonderfully blessed day!

I live about 4 hours from that great Falls. I have been there a few times but only in the summer. I know that you can get a little wet from the mist, depending on where you are standing and you walk to the Falls ( least we did). It's a nice little hike.
ReplyDeleteThey have a boat ride that takes you under the falls(never done that, oh no!) I've heard it great. But I'm not sure if it would be available in March.
The weather in New York during March can be sunny with tempts 50's and 60's and the next day there may be snow on the ground. I've seen it snow in late April.I'm sorry this post wasn't more uplifting.
I've lived here all my life and pray that someday God moves us South!
love and hugs~Tammy

I can't help you in any way. I was only there in the summer when I was a very young child. Beautiful though.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about Niagra, but I hear Florida is great around that time of year. Especially over on the east coast! *wink* *wink*.
ReplyDeleteLove you girlie!
