Ok...I know that I'm a little late getting my post up...pleading for your votes. LOL! It has been a busy morning and then our power has been off for a couple of hours.

No, seriously...I am extremely honored, humbled and grateful for the 2 nominations that I received but even more thankful for the many wonderful, encouragement comments that you all leave for me daily on my blog.

I don't always think that my blog is inspirational but rather me just sharing my life with all its ups and downs with you. My heart and life are an open book on my blog. I share the joys, pains, good times and bad with you.

However, the golden thread that runs through my blog is that I am who I am today because of all the storms that we have gone through in our lives and how God has taken what the enemy intended to harm us and turned it into something very beautiful...OUR FAMILY!

God has taken every painful moment in my life and used it to carve out what He wants me to become. Is He through yet? Unfortunately, not! There are many more storms ahead for me and my family but that is life....as long as I continue to walk with Him and hold onto God's unchanging hand...He will not ever let me fall or fail.

If my blog has touched you in any way, inspired you, made you feel that you are not alone in your pain or trials...I would greatly appreciate your vote today. Whether I win or not...is not what is important but that I continue to do what God has called me to do and if I help just one person with something they are going through in their lives...I am a winner.
